Welcome to a breakfast meeting at Medea!
Collaboration with academia - how does it work and what can it lead to?

Karin Johansson-Mex is head of Medea and has a background in the business sector. She will start the morning by presenting the activities and exciting challenges that Medea is facing. Professor Jonas Löwgren, research manager at Medea, goes on to discuss the challenges and conditions that color co-productions between academia and the industry, and give examples of exciting co-production projects. The breakfast meeting will conclude with a joint discussion.
Medea is a research environment at Malmö University, that from a sustainability perspective, works with collaborative, new media. It focuses on areas such as social innovation, the Internet of Things and culture production. More than 20 researchers work at Medea and all activities are carried out in collaboration with external actors outside academia.
