Welcome to join an open lecture on the 9th of September and a two days transmedia fiction workshop on the 11-12th September with Alison Norrington.
A transmedia story works in the way of a highly controlled explosion. Strategically fragmenting seeds on platforms other than your primary one, but knowing what you want your audience to ‘do’ once they’ve discovered your story is where a savvy consideration of experience design comes to the forefront. These strategies will help you to focus on creating a storyworld that is immersive, spreadable, shareable, mysterious and high concept whilst considering the overall storyworld design in harmony with smaller, individual stories
