December: Share & Care

In a world which in many ways goes towards becoming more shielded and isolated is the meaning of the last theme perhaps more important than ever. There has never been given anything and obviously in the fact that we are the people who dominate our blue and lonely planet. Overall lands our success in a fairy tale about an unprecedented ability to believe in a common goal and together, without necessarily having a direct knowledge of just about everything and everyone as it includes, get to it.

Physically, we are inferior to many other creatures on earth. But our ability to understand the importance of cooperation and that no individual alone will ever be able to obtain all the necessary expertise is what sets us apart. Obviously there are many phenomena in our world that is collaborative. But it is the only person who can create a context independent of time and space with a common vision.

It is at the core of these abstract but essential reasoning that our entire operation takes as its starting point. The theme is that the last thing because everything else that happens during the year overshadowed by the concept of sharing and learning.

The concept of sharing and learning are thus based on a holistic perspective where all the benefits of adopting a positive attitude towards culture that is inclusive. But all this is basically worthless unless the group or organization that it touches is a prosperous one. In traditional, hierarchical organizations clearly has not this been the same weight as an individual's personal experience played a minor role. But to a Share & Care - culture to be effective is the establishment of pleasant environments and contexts basic.
