Ready for World Class Delivery? Learn how to facilitate the Celemi Decision Base™ Business Simulation!
All Celemi solutions provide an truly effective way of learning, letting people explore and discover things for themselves. To support the learning process, a special approach to the facilitation of the seminar is required.
The objective with the Certification program is to learn about and understand how to act in this role – being an important part in building the learning environment; the participants, the simulation model and you…the facilitator of Celemi business simulations.

The Program consists of two parts. Part one, “You the facilitator”, focuses on the facilitator role. Then part two handles the mechanics and rules of the business simulation.
In order to get a full understanding of the participants’ perspectives, you need to attend a Decision Base™ seminar prior to participating in the certification program.
