But what is it that will get better and how much better will it be? We often focus on finding new, modern development methods to solve all our problems. Heard about Scrum, Agile, Kanban, planguage and lean ....? What good is it if we are hyper efficient in our work if we solve the wrong problem? All we do then is to run really fast in the wrong direction.

This lecture focuses on understanding how to solve the right problems, regardless of the industry. How do we focus on understanding what it is people want, how can make the world a little better and then use effective methods to achieve it? Do we understand the real problem, we can develop products that are estimated, the products are actually used and that beats all competitors.

Setup:
Yep, we are gearing up for a great start to the day with the World's Best Morning. The seminar lasts one hour and begin at 8:30 am (breakfast is served from 8:00 am). It will be really cozy, with good breakfast, new ideas, tools and opportunity to meet a bunch of new friends. Breakfast + lecture is only for our members.
