Beckmans Academy & evening school in Malmö

Beckmans Academy will start a evening school in Malmö beginning January!

After previously having had exciting lectures in Media Evolution City's conference rooms, Beckmans Academy will start giving evening classes in visual communication in Malmö starting January 11th 2013.

The class that is creative and widespread, includes, amongst other, illustration, photography, communication, typography, graphic design and design history. It consists of lectures, workshops, study visits and discussions. It's aimed both at those who want to prepare for higher education within design as well as those who already are working within the field and want to be inspired and develop.

Course leaders are Camilla Blom Polfeldt and Louise Hederström. A few of the lecturers are: All the way to Paris, Clay Ketter, Detta, Eric Ericson, EvaMarie Lindahl, HC Ericson, Henrik Nygren, Ingela & Vi, Ingrid Sommar och Marie Rehnberg, Ludvig Grandin, Martin Farran-Lee, Matilda Plöjel, Petra Bindel and Studio Total.

What: Evening class in visual communication
Where: Media Evolution City
When: Friday, January 11th 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm + Saturday, January 12th 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. After that, two classes per week (Tue and Thur 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm) with breaks for Easter and other holidays. In total there will be 34 meetings.
Application: To apply to Beckmans Academy night class you need no prior education or work experience within the field.
